Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Please review these terms before booking with Coastal Private Chauffeur.

  • Deposit & Payment: A 30% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
  • Billing: Hourly billing depends on the trip and is calculated from the time the vehicle leaves the garage until it returns to the garage. Minimum service requirements apply.
  • Rates: Rates may include applicable booking fees, distance fees, gratuity, fuel surcharges, licensing fees, and taxes, unless otherwise stated. Weekday minimums are generally 2–3 hours; weekends may require a 4-hour minimum. Special events and high-demand dates may have higher rates or minimums.
  • Wait Time: First 15 minutes are included unless otherwise specified. Additional wait time will be billed.
  • Santa Barbara Airport (SBA):$15 Meet & Greet, including parking. First 15 minutes wait time included.
  • LAX:$65 Meet & Greet, including parking. First 30 minutes wait time included.
  • LAX Pickup or Drop-Off Fee:$20 per trip.
  • Car Seats:$25 per seat, upon request. Clients are responsible for installation.
  • Cleaning & Damage: A $300 incidental hold may apply. Excessive cleaning may result in a $600+ fee. Significant damage or excessive mess may result in charges of $1,000 or more.
  • Client Cancellations:$200 fee for cancellations made 48–24 hours before service. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are subject to the full booking charge.
  • Vendor Cancellations: Must be made at least 4 hours before scheduled pickup.
  • Behavior: No smoking, illegal drug use, underage drinking, or disruptive conduct. Service may be terminated or refused if safety is at risk.
  • Vehicle Capacity: Passenger limits are strictly enforced for safety and insurance compliance.
  • Video Recording: Rides may be recorded by dash cam for safety, security, and insurance purposes. The dash cam must remain in operation during service and may not be disconnected or disabled by passengers.
  • Lost Items: Coastal Private Chauffeur is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  • Reservation Requirements: A signed credit card authorization form and matching valid photo ID are required for all reservations.
